Troubleshooting feeds

I am getting an error message when I use the URL (i.e. web address) in my feed reader?

If you try to add a search results page URL or a tender notice URL as a feed address in a feed reader, you will get an error message. The URL for a search result is different from a web feed URL address. Be sure to use the web feed URL that is generated by selecting the RSS feed icon RSS feed icon or the Atom feed icon Atom feed icon.
